Acceptance

By using this website or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not send a booking request. Training seats are offered to adults. If you enquire on behalf of a colleague, you confirm you have authority to share that person’s name and email with us for scheduling.

Who we are

Module Mapcore provides in-person training in multi-timeframe market analysis from a classroom associated with the address Bang Rak Phattana Bang Bua Thong, Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi, 11110, Thailand. No investment advice

Classroom discussion of price charts is education. Nothing on this site or in a session is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Markets can fall. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for any account you hold with a third party. Past markup in the room does not predict future prices.

Bookings

An enquiry is not a contract. A seat is held when we confirm dates in writing and, where a deposit applies, when that deposit is received. Fees are as stated on the fees page at the time of confirmation unless we have quoted a private intensive in writing. We may refuse a booking if the session is full, if the applicant has not met the preparation described for that session, or if we reasonably believe the room would be used to solicit trading services.

Conduct in the classroom

Phones stay off desks during markup blocks. Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written consent. Materials handed out are for your personal study; they may not be copied for resale or for running your own paid class using our worksheets as the course.

Intellectual property

The website text, layout, and original worksheets remain the property of Module Mapcore. You may print pages for personal reference. You may not scrape, republish, or present our curriculum as your own training product. Photographs on the site are used under their respective licences from the image hosts named in the image addresses; they are not classroom photographs of students unless a student has agreed in writing.

Website use

You may not misuse the enquiry form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit content that is unlawful or abusive. We may withdraw the site for maintenance. Information on session dates can change; the reply email is the confirmation that matters.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Module Mapcore is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, travel costs beyond what the refund page allows, or for decisions you take after a session. We are responsible for running the classroom hours we confirmed, with reasonable care. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from journal notes, for brokerage platforms you use, or for internet failures when you view this site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where Thai law does not allow such a limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from classroom bookings, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you submit an enquiry or pay a deposit is the version that applies to that booking, unless a change is required by law.
