Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Module Mapcore collects when you use this website or enquire about classroom training, and how long we keep it.

What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email address, chosen session, dates you propose, the market you say you follow, and the message you write. If you book, we also keep deposit and fee records, attendance, and any chart printouts you leave with us for a review. If you telephone, we may note your name and the reason for the call. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and repair of the site.
We do not ask for national identification numbers, brokerage passwords, or copies of bank books through the website. Please do not send them.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply, to offer dates, to confirm seats, and to run the classroom. We use attendance and worksheet notes to teach the session you booked and to provide the follow-up that belongs to the intensive. We use logs to keep the site working. Legal bases, where PDPA (Thailand) applies, include the need to take steps at your request before a contract, performance of a booking, our legitimate interest in running a small classroom and a static website, and consent where you accept optional analytics cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to twelve months in case you write again about a later intensive. Confirmed booking records, including invoices and deposit notes, are kept for five years for accounting and dispute handling. Follow-up chart notes from an intensive are kept up to eighteen months unless you ask us to return or destroy the paper sooner. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle, typically under ninety days, unless needed to investigate abuse.
Who we share with
We do not sell lists of students. We may share what is needed with an accountant, a payment recipient’s bank, or a lawyer if a dispute arises. Hosting of this static site may process technical logs outside Thailand. If we ever use a web analytics provider after you accept optional cookies, that provider will receive truncated technical data as described in the cookies table.
International transfers
Email and site hosting may be processed on servers outside Thailand. We use these services to operate a small practice; we do not run a separate overseas branch. If you write to us, you understand your message will travel over ordinary internet email.
Your rights
Subject to Thai personal data protection law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, to object to certain uses, or to withdraw consent for optional cookies. Write to hello@module-mapcore.digital. We may need to keep some booking records where the law requires it. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand if you believe we have mishandled your information.
Children
Sessions are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this site.
